Fractal landscapes for MS-DOS?

Hi all,
is there a pd/sw software for ms-dos that creates fractal landscapes?
I don't mean the 3d-transformations that Fractint does, but instead
the type of landscapes created for example by an Amiga-program called
SceneryMaker.
