	I'd like to apologise to anyone trying to access the Spanky Fractal
Database this last week. Many of you were trying to get copies of the
new fractint or other files and were either locked out or shutdown midstream. 

	We were in the middle of a major power rerouting here and most of the
time spanky was powered via an extension cord from accross the road. We had
several glitches in the system and several mornings I came in to a stone
cold computer. I was also taking time to evaluate a new upgrade to the 
web server and I will be making attempts to bring it on line soon. It should
allow basic directory information to include file size and modification date.
