	The spanky.triumf.ca fractal ftp site was offline most of the weekend
due to the fact that I forgot to update a license pak, but it has been amended
and is back on line now. Sorry to those who tried to login!
	I also am working on a possible www/httpd server connection, so if you
come across any html files in the directories, that's what they are for.
It isn't fully implemented yet, and may not be unless I can work around some
VMS related hassles, but I'm playing with it.
