I am holding off on my GIPPP (number 2) for a little while because of two
reasons:
 
* (main reason) I've been too busy to implement a couple of changes to the
  program, and they need to be implemented and tested before we can go ahead.
* I am thinking that GIPPP #3 will collide with me, and since it uses a
  fundamentally new approach I think it should get a chance to run first.
