fractint version 19 parser might cause problems

I found a problem in the fractint version 19 parser when I
went to load the penrose.l formula file from the lsystem fractal type.
The fractint.l (default) and the tiling.l files work fine though.
I reported the problem to Tim Wegner and he quickly gave me a work-around.
This is a brief summary of my message to him and his reply.

Fixed in my version. Work around is to delete the CR after '{' so the
the first comment is on the same line as the '{' in all the PENROSE.L
definitions.

I'd appreciate folks checking that all the entries are readable (lsys,
ifs, par, frm) with a variety of commenting using ";".

Thanks,

Tim

So I thought I would post this here to warn people who work with
their own lsys, ifs, par, or frm files to be wary and check their files
and perform the above fix if they have trouble.
