Cyclic Reduction

Does anyone know of any fortran routines available to solve
tridiagonal systems using cyclic reduction? I would like something
along the lines of the routines in _Numerical Recipes_ (W. H. Press
et al., 1986, Cambridge University Press); unfortunately, that
book does not have a cyclic reduction routine. I realize that
the LIBSCI library on the Cray's has such routines, but I need
to have a portable code.

Thanks,
