Could somebody e-mail source code for the USGS hydrochemistry program BALANCE to me?  I would appreciate a version compatible with either UNIX f77, VAX fortran, or the Microsoft fortran compiler.  Alternatively, I wonder if there is an anonymous FTP site with hydrochemical modeling software around.
