Hello,

We are about to set up a system to process FISH images by computer means.
Currently, we only have an Axiomat microscope and no peripheral equipment.

I think we need a computer controlled xyz-stage, and filter wheels for
both excitation and emission. Of course, we need a CCD camera, but I have
no idea whether this should be a cooled one or not. Finally, what
platform is prefered to do this kind of work on?

I am new in this field, so if you have any suggestions, experiences, or
names of vendors that sell this kind of equipment, please let me know.
