Hi all I am stuck and need to know if there is any type of a device that will solve a problem that I am working on. The situation is that I have graphic scans (heart rate output over time) on 8-1/2 by 11 sheet of paper. I need to translate these graphs into x and y coordinates for the entire length of the graph. I can manually, using a digitizing table and a cross-hair input device move along the line and "click" each time I want to register a point. What I need to know is there anyway that I can automate this process, because I really need to obtain "continuous" points. Is there some type of a "tracking device" that can be taught what a line is and then follow the line as the chart is re-run through the machine that it was originally recorded on ?????? Has anyone "mickey-moused" any eye-tracking devices to accomplish this ?? Any and all help will be appreciated. -- Carl Joel Kuzmich (412) 624-1885 | Love is a better teacher than duty | University of Pittsburgh | - Albert Einstein | 110 Old Engineering Hall Pittsburgh, PA 15260
