John Skilling has a company called Maximum Entropy Data Consultants, Ltd. that
markets his MEM code (called MEMSYS5). This is generally considered the state-
of-the-art MEM package, at least within the astronomy image processing community.
I know they sell to a lot of medical imaging people too. If you are interested,
MEDC can be contacted at 20 Cockroft Place, Cambridge, England CB3 0HF.
Tel. (44)223-312562. Send e-mail to mark@vax.ra.physics.cambridge.ac.uk.

There are some PD packages too, but the ones I know of are layered on larger
astronomical data reduction and analysis packages. NRAO's AIPS software includes
an MEM implementation, and NOAO's IRAF package just recently has a package.
The AIPS software is written in Fortran, and IRAF software is written in a
pre-processed language similar to RATFOR.
