I'm trying to do segmentation on range image data based on surface
normals.
Does anyone no of an article where the surface normals are first
calculated, then the scene is lit with artificial light, and the
segmentation is done for the resulting intensity image?

I also would like to know if there is an archive somewhere where I
could get range images by ftp.

Please reply by e-mail. Thanx.
