All what you are looking for is available from Sam Leffler. You can get
software ( v 3.2 beta) and documentation (TIFF v 6) by public ftp.

The software comes in a compressed tar file. To extract the
information:
zcat v3.2beta.tar.Z | tar xf -
(uncompress and extract individual files in current directory).
