Our research group is trying to buy equipment to digitize from
recorded images (full motion video). We need help in the
following:

1 - Recomendation on frame grabers.

2 - Recomendations on hardware, Is it prefered to have an
optical disk for storage?, Why?.

3 - What is the normal set up to digitize images from recorded
VCR?

We plan to invest about 30K $ in this equiopment and we want
to make sure it is wrthy.

Thanks in advance.
