I am working on my Ph.D. thesis at University of Hamburg. After working on medical 3d image volume rendering for five years at Institute for Mathematics and Computer Science in Medicine, I started working in another domain, using transparent shading techniques. I am now at a point, where I would be interested in rendering example data from people that are interested in knowing how their data would look like. People that have data to be visualized so that you may even look into it without cuts or iso-surfaces, you may contact me. I will answer you with 24 bit or 8 bit/lookup images in various output formats. Carsten Schiers
