time-frequency distribution software

Hi all,

Is there any software out there which produces time-frequency
distributions for 1D and 2D data sets (for 2D data sets, I would call
it space-spatial frequency distributions)? Examples would be the
ambiguity function, Wigner distribution function and its variants,
Choi-Williams distribution, etc. Thanks in advance!
