  And, who may I ask sold to the Soviets machining equipment that made their
submarines many orders of magnitude quieter, while the old Soviet government
was in operation???????  and just for mere money, too.  Quality needs to be
balanced off with responsibility.  It's widely said that Japanese save more
than Americans do, but the flip side is the companies do not provide any
retirement.
