I have inherited some pages copied out of a book.  Unfortunately,
there is no indication on the pages as to the book they came from, and
it's one that I'm not familiar with.

The pages (I don't have all of them) appear to form an un-numbered
chapter entitled `Image Operation Studies'.  The first page is #129,
the last #172.  The next `chapter' is `Further Reading and
References', so I guess it's a fairly thin book.  There are 19
examples in the chapter; they're all pretty simple, implying that it's
an introductory text, but are nicely explained.

I would guess the book was published in the period 1983--1986.  Can
anyone supply me with a reference for the book?
