Need info on very small and/or flat video cameras

I am interested, in connection with a research project at Interval Research,
in very small and/or flat video cameras - CCD, or otherwise. Small and flat
includes the optics as well - so, innovations such as "binary" or holographic
lensing systems are definitely included in the question.

Any pointers will be much appreciated.
