Vocal Tract Data During Vowel Production

Hi,
A scientist in my group is in need of vocal tract data, his "wish list"
is as follows.

(1) Midsaggital vocal tract images and/or measurements on
midsaggital dimensions of vocal tracts from the glottis to the lips during
vowel production.
(2) Corresponding first three formant frequencies and,
hopefully, the fundamental frequency.
(3) Such data measured from either
adult male or female subjects. The data will be used to derive a midsaggital-
to-area conversion method and to estimate formant conversion factors between
male and female subjects.

Any suggestions on finding this kind of data would be appreciated.
Thanks
