Does anyone out there know where I can OCR Sources (C, or CPP).

Where are working with TIFF images and need to OCR one text field in the
image.   We need a library interface, DDL or sources.   We are currently
looking at a couple commercial packages but we're not real happy with what
we have seen thus far.  We plan to implement on MS-Windows 3.1, 386 enhanced
mode with tons of memory.
