I can't help plugging our own program here at the Center for Imaging
Science at the Rochester Institute of Technology. As far as we know,
it's the only Ph.D. program in Imaging Science in the U.S.A. We also
have B.S. and M.S. programs in Imaging Science and an M.S. program in
Color Science. I'm personally into Color Science, but we've got some
good people here working in digital image processing as well.
