We have a SUN VideoPix card.  It is good for still grabs, gets 640x480 off
S-video.  It will print directly to a PS printer(very nice output).  Also
RasterOps makes a frame grabber which is faster(I haven't used it).  
SUN sales/support would be a good number to call. The have a few cards which
work.  The VideoPix being the cheapest, but fine for what we need.

BTW we have a Sparc10 and can grab a good number of frames per minute.

Maybe 2-3 per second for a short duration.
