IEEE, Vol. 63, No. 12, pp. 1692-1716, December 1975. In this paper, they use adaptive filter techniques to achieve exceptionally sharp notch-filters for use in a variety of applications. One of the sections is entitled 'Cancelling 60Hz Interference in Electrocardiography'. Sounds like this might be right up your alley. -George Woyansky ECE Dept., Carnegie Mellon University Pittsburgh, PA 15213
