Anyone out there have any suggestions for an image processing system for an HP 730 running HP-UX 8.05? We don't need anything too fancy. Primary use will be for classroom instruction in environmental remote sensing and image processing. We currently use DOS-based software for instruction but also want to add a UNIX-based component. The software needs to be able to run under XWindows. I have acquired ipw from CRSEO, UC Santa Barbara, and think that this system would probably be right for us, but I am having problems compiling it. If anyone has any experience with this system on HP I'd appreciate hearing from you. Howard Veregin Dept of Geography Kent State University veregin@humboldt.kent.edu
