TIMWIN bug
#236

We have detected an error in TIMWIN, which causes an UAE (or GPF in
Win3.1). It happens when you run one of the convolution commands:
filt, gaus, lapl or shrp.

A new version has been uploaded at

ftp.cica.indiana.edu, in pub/pc/win3/uploads
                 (named timwin10.exe and timwin11.exe!) and
ph.tn.tudelft.nl, in pub/upload (timwin1.exe and timwin2.exe)

In this new version the bug has been removed, and some enhancements
have been added. If you want this new version, you'll have to
download both files (timwin1.exe and timwin2.exe) because old
command files are not compatible with the new version. Thus, remove
your old version entirely and install the new files from scratch.
If you want to stick with the old version, it's OK, but avoid using
the mentioned commands. You can run the demo program without danger,
since they are not used there.

Sorry for any inconvenience
