Does anyone know of a decent range image acquisition device ?

By decent I mean something that can generate at least 100K range
points per second ?

Thanks,

I am also interested in a similar device and support software if
possible.

Along similar lines, we're looking for an inexpensive,
laser ranging imaging sensor (producing say a 128 x 128
range image) capable of good range
resolution (0.1 - 0.5 cm level), but sufficiently low
power for a laboratory setup. The imaging rate can be
somewhat slow -- 1 - 5 Hz.

Any ideas/comments/suggestions would be appreciated.
