For our research project in speech reading, we need to digitize both a video
and an audio signal.  It is necessary that these signals be synchronized, and
desirable that the system work in real time (eg. digitize 30 frames/sec).  

Are there any products available which can do this?  
Pointers and ballpark prices appreciated.  I will post a summary if there is
sufficient interest.
