OPTIMAL THRESHOLDING

Hello,

I'm actualy working on teeth pictures, and I want to use the approach developed
by Chow and Kaneko for outlining boundaries : "Automatic Boundary detection of
the left ventricle from cineangiograms" - Computers and Biomedical research (1972).
Or more recently, the article called "Optimal Thresholding - A new approach" by
Snyder and Bilbro - Pattern Recognition Letters (1990).
The method is very feasible for low quality images, that is the reason why I
would like to apply it on teeth pictures; is anyone could send me the associated code ?

Many thanks in advance,

Pascal
