I am looking for any work or papers on the use of Neural Nets
as Filters for Image enhancement and Noise Removal,
ONe thing I can think about is to train a Backprop on noisy
images as an input and godd quality images as the output
for a 3x3 or 5x5 window.

The application for this is to enhance low quality compressed
images from quantization noise.

Just curious: has anyone used a neural network for deblurring
a image with an unknown blur? i think NNs have been used for
removal of a known blur and i was curious whether it has been
used for blur estimation and deblurring.
