In the previous release note I forgot to note that RLAB is a Khoros
Toolkit. You need to have the Khoros image processing system
installed for this toolkit to be useful.

Khoros can be obtained at pprg.eece.unm.edu or read
comp.soft-sys.khoros for more info.
