interpolation of nonuniformly spaced samples

Hello!

I'm interested in interpolation of nonuniformly spaced samples.
I noticed there has been discussion on the newsnet for
reconstruction from an irregular grid. However, I'm more
interested in interpolation from regularly spaced, but
non-uniform samples. Would any of the references provided
earlier be appropriate for regular samples?

I'm grateful for any and all related references, ideas, simulation
programs, etc.

Thanks,

Noel
