Due to several inquiries regarding my reference to C Users Journal
for Image processing algorithms, I have summed up all the information
for anyone who is interested to look at these articles.

These articles are primarily for manipulating TIFF format images, but
the algorithms/concepts may be general enough to apply to other formats
without too much modification.

The C Users Journal is one of the leading international resources for
C programmers Subscription is $29.95 US, $37 CAN, and $46 overseas for a
full year.

I personally have not had the time to examine this material close enough,
but it appears to be a very good reference.
