Can anyone familiar with LOWTRAN7 tell me how it computes atmospheric
radiance and transmission values when clouds are present?  Or at least
point me in the right direction?  The USER'S GUIDE TO LOWTRAN7 (dated 
16 August 1988) is of little help.
