We are thinking of buying one of this beast to do some image processing
work.
We would like to hear from any one with good or bad experience with
this card.

Hi,
I used that frame grabber for an IP project and it worked ok as
long as it is installed on a Sun. In fact, we never could make it worked
on a Soulbourne (SPARC compatible).
Otherwise, it has colour features, saves in gif, tiff, sun format
but dunno the price though.
