Vector Quantization code/results requested

Does anyone know where I could get hold of the source code for Vector
Quantization? If anyone also knows of the code for the viewer given
the codebook, that would be better still!

What are the limitations (weaknesses) of VQ?

Thanks a million!
Patrick

There is vector quantization algorithm which comes with Khoros. Source
included.
