Anyone happen to know where that proverbial best reference is
that discusses parsers for indexed grammars?  I have a copy of
Gazdar & Mellish, but I don't find the discussion particularly
clear.  One thing that is particularly troublesome about the
book is that although PATR is used throughout, no formal defi-
nition for PATR is ever offered!
