Bluebell is in Mongomery County - near Philadelphia.  Blue Ball and
Intercourse are futher west - Lancaster County - along with
Bird-in-Hand, Paradise, Mountville, Lampeter, Mt. Joy, (pronounced
'mount joy') East Peter, and of course, Reamstown.

The Amish (PA Dutch) do have a sense of humor. :)

I grew up near Philadelphia and when in high school band, we had a
parade in New Holland, Lancaster County.  Passing through these small
towns on the way often led to conversations like "Hey, didja know you
have to go through Bird-in-Hand then Intercourse to get to Paradise?"
