I had never been accused of going on a fishing expedition until I
tried to request video evidence from a TV news station... my Lawyer
read out the response from the TV lawyer but never explained what the
catch phrase meant..
Getting a subpoena was just a lure... the more paperwork I sent to the
courts the more criminal charges and defamation I received!
hence I now live a long way from any river or stream...
