I've been looking for the same thing but haven't found one.  Most of
the stuff on the 'net so far is concerned with basic research and tends
to be oriented toward universities and non-profits.  That seems to be
changing and perhaps we will see some newgroups or mailing lists devoted
technology development or commercialization.
