Resistance of Carbon Fiber Tow

Hi,

I'm working with a Hercules carbon fiber AS-4W that is s
supposed to have a resistance of 1.7 E-3 Ohms/cm (for a 12K tow).
I've used various lengths of fiber and multiple tows and I always seem to
get values much greater than I should, between 50 and 100 times
greater. Does anyone else work in this area? There doesn't seem to
be much interest in the electrical properties of conductive
composites.

Thanks,

Gary Huntress
