To Users of the Numerical Recipes SVD routines: I remembered reading this group a while back about some problems with the singular value decomposition function in the Numerical Recipes (in C?) book by Press, Flannery, et. al. I have been unable to locate an archive of this newsgroup (sci.math.num-analysis) and I would appreciate any pointers to such a beast. Alternatively, if you perchance saved the articles describing the problems and/or fixes for the SVD (and associated routines), I would appreciate your emailing them to me. Since this topic has been discussed before, I think email would be appropriate to limit the bandwidth used. Thanks in advance!
