I am looking for some public domain or CHEAP statistical package that
incorporates Principal Component Analysis. I need it to run on a Unix 
system. I would like for it to be able to do matrix calculations up to
m=10 to 15 fast. Therefore it should have the Householder or Givens methods.
Any pointers to where I might locate such code would be helpful. Thanks in
advance.
