This is from Shen-yeh Chen, for further discription of the problem.

I am sorry, I make a stupid mistake. What I want to ask is

CHOLESKY METHOD FOR NON-POSITIVE DEFINITE MATRIX

Non-positive does not mean negative. I am sorry about this.

Let me state this again :

 1) Is there any method I can use to REDUCE [K], and still solve the system
    when [K] is NOT POSITIVE-DEFINITE?
 2) If such method exists, what's the criteria for positive- or nonpositive
    definite?
 3) Does any body know how to use Gauss method to reduce [K] ??
