I have an elliptic complex E on a smooth projective variety X and an automorphism T of X of finite order which lifts to an action on the elliptic complex. I don't want to assume that T has only isolated fixed points. Can someone point me to contemporary discussions of the Lefschetz number of the map with respect to E and of the index theorem in this equivariant setting? If they are easy to read, that is fine with me. Honest. Allan Adler ara@altdorf.ai.mit.edu
