Could anyone give information about the PL Schoenflies Conjecture
as stated in Rushing: Topological Embeddings, AP 1973. He
stated that "it is still unknown".

Let \bigsigma^{n-1} be a PL (n-1)-sphere in S^n. Then,
the closures of the complementary domains of \bigsigma^{n-1}
are PL n-balls.

For what n is the PL Schoenflies Conjecture valid ?

Thanks in advance.
