Alright, what the faq is a FAQ?  Would you guys please write in English
and not in acronyms?  I've been following this thread with great
anticipation, because I'd like to have access to a good random number
generator.  But it's becoming difficult to figure out what you're talking
about, with all the alphabet soup.  Please remember that not all who
read this newsgroup are statisticians.  Give the rest of us poor slobs
a break, huh?
