Has anyone had trouble printing this?  I get the titlepage w/ abstract
and the table of contents (two pages total), then my printer dies.

ghostview is able to interpret it (but not totally - page numbers
are not given, so I can't print selectively).

pageview dies completely (but what do you expect from pageview?)

If anyone knows a trick to get this printed on a laser writer hanging
off of a sun, let me know. 

Prof Ripley: Would it be possible to make the TeX source and PostScript
figures available as well?
