Suggestions for Analytic Chem Stat Package

I'm looking for a PC stat package that contains analyses that are of
interest to analytic chemsists.  Examples of such analyses:
calibration analysis
repeatability and reproducibility
limits of detection and criterion of detection
screening for outliers within groups of replicates (Dixon's test)

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
