Dear readers, If this is the wrong newsgroup, please forgive me. Not being a mathematician, I have the following question: What is the best computer program for doing mathematics. I've seen REDUCE and DERIVE, and I've heard of MATHCAD. I use DOS on an IBM-compatible PC. What program is the most powerful, and what program is easy to use? Thanks in advance, - Frans Oort (a735fjo@hasara11.bitnet)
