I am doing a stat research on tv rating. I need to understand how do
the tv companies do the tv ratings. I think the name for it is Nielsen.
Or something like the 'people-using-tv method'.

I have found titles of articles mentioning the above methods. However,
I can not access to any of the articles. If someone understand the
above methods, please either post it or e-mail me.
